Orfeu, from the inside

The ensemble borns in 2021 in the Valencian city of Alcoi, where a group of young musicians decide to embark together on the path of developing an active and, above all, diverse chamber group, in order to play many types of repertoire with different formations, and try to bring this genre to their city and its surroundings. 

Recently, the Ensemble has been awarded in the following International music Competitions:

Víctor Pastor  violin

He finnished the bachelor of music interpretation at the Conservatorio Superior of Alicante and later specialized at the Uniwersytet Muzyczny Fryderyka Chopina in Warsaw, with the professors Konstanty Andrzej Kulka, Wojciech Koprowski, Maria Machowska and Tadeusz Gadzina. He continues his studies at the Conservatori Superior del Liceu, in Barcelona, ​​studying the Master studies of Interpretation, with professors Kai Gleusteen and Paul Cortsese. In his career toke part also some with orchestras and youth orchestras from all over Europe such as the National Youth Orchestra of Catalonia, the International Lutoslawski Youth Orchestra, the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands or ADDA Simfònica. 


Ausiàs Gisbert  cello

In 2011 he obtained a degree in Musical Teaching and began his career in cello performance at the Conservatorio Superior "Oscar Esplá" in Alicante, with Professor Francisco Pastor. He has taken interpretation, pedagogy and chamber music courses with teachers and soloists such as Jean Marie Gammard, Jan Haliska, David Apellániz and Adrian van Dongen, among others. He has been part of orchestras such as the Alicante Philharmonic Orchestra, the Youth Orchestra of the Generalitat Valenciana, or the Caixa Ontinyent Symphony Orchestra. He has also performed as a soloist with the "Harmònica Alcoiana" Orchestra or the Alicante Dance Superior Conservatory. 


Carmen Martínez piano

Carmen developed her studies at the Conservatory of Music in Zaragoza. She has been under the tutelage of Noelia Rodiles, Aniana Jaime, Enrique Bagaría, Cristina Alba Padial and Takahiro Mita. And also, in the specialty of chamber music, with the Quiroga Quartet. She has received improvement masterclasses from professors such as Claudio Martínez Mehener, Josep Colom, Ramón Coll, Luis Fernando Pérez, Alfonso Gómez, Frank van der Laar or Begoña Uriarte. Carmen is currently a music and piano professor at the Crescendo School of Music in Alcoi, and principal pianist of the Alcoi Youth Voices Choir. She has participated on several occasions with the orchestra of the Conservatory of Music in Zaragoza, and performed as a soloist with the orchestra of the Professional Conservatory of Alcoi.


Carlos Gosálbez  piano

He borns in Alcoy in 1987, and begins his studies with Professor Juan Antonio Recuerda and continuees his higher education at the Joaquín Rodrigo Superior Conservatory of Music. He finished his postgraduate training at the Gniessin Academy in Moscow, Russia, with professors Tatiana Zelikman and Vera B. Nosina. He made his entire musical career under the guidance of his teacher Rafael Salinas Tello, with whom he continues today. He has offered concerts as a soloist and as part of chamber groups in Spain, Greece, Brussels, the United States and Russia, covering a repertoire from baroque to contemporary music. In 2020 he was awarded in the X edition of the international Piano Bridges competition of the city of Saint Petersburg.
